In 2011, when the founders of Crowned Heads were testing samples for their first cigar line, Four Kicks, they created three different blends. Jon Huber, Mike Conder, and Ernesto Perez-Carrillo Jr. each favored one of the blends more than the others. In the end, the original Four Kicks was chosen and the other two blends were shelved. Almost 10 years later, Ernesto Perez-Carrillo Jr.'s preference is being dusted off and released as the newest Four Kicks addition to the Crowned Heads portfolio.  

601 La Bomba Atomic Habano OscuroGordo (6" x 60) drops full-bodied flavor bombs on your palate. Best enjoyed in the evening after dinner or with scotch, this cigar is not for the faint of heart. The PDR A. Flores Gran Reserva cigars are a super-premium limited-edition blend specially created to pay honor to their famed master, Abe Flores. Aladino Classic is made at the Fabrica de Puros Aladino S.A. factory, all of the tobaccos used are grown in Honduras by JRE Tobacco on farms in the Jamastran Valley owned by the Eiroa family. The wrapper and fillers are Habano seed, while the binder is Corojo. According to Justo Eiroa, who founded JRE Tobacco with his father Julio, the cigars are medium in strength. The cold draw of the Aladino Classic serves up kola nuts and a subtle cayenne pepper next to some earthy components. Once the cigar is toasted and lit the initial notes remind of a freshly baked soft pretzel.
