Rocky Patel Vintage 2nds Toro- 1999 (6.5" x 52) is covered in a beautiful Connecticut wrapper. This is the same blend as the Vintage '99, but they have been rejected for small visual issues, such as a blemish on the wrapper, or a small crack. Despite these small blemishes, you will still find the cigar to be just as satisfying as the first tier blend!
