My Father Le Bijou Torpedo - Back in 2008 Jaime Garcia, Don Pepin's
son, created a cigar in secret in honor of his father, The My
Father cigar. Long story short Don Pepin Garcia found out way
before it was completely finished and was so happy that his son had
created a cigar in his honor. The My Father is a huge success and
has sold countless boxes. Now in 2009 Don Pepin Garcia has released
the My Father Le Bijou 1922 in honor of his father.
The My Father Le Bijou uses a Nicaraguan Habano Oscuro wrapper from
Pelo de Oro (Golden Hair) leaf. Pelo de Oro tobacco is seldom grown
this day and age because truthfully it is very difficult to grow.
The cigar smokes beautifully with a smooth draw and straight, even
burn. From start to finish the cigar unleashes rich flavors of
earth, cocoa, leather, cream and peppery spice. Fire up and enjoy a
My Father Le Bijou 1922 in honor of the father of Don Pepin Garcia,
one of the greatest cigar manufacturers of our time.
