Altadis USA makers of the legendary brand Montecristo has
released a new installment of its Montecristo Epic line known as
the Montecristo Epic Vintage 12 (Blue). The Montecristo Epic line
was launched in 2012 with the Montecristo Epic Vintage 2007, a
cigar that featured tobaccos from a 2007 vintage crop. The
Montecristo Epic Vintage 2012 follows the same concept, utilizing
a 2012 vintage crop. The cigars were blended by Altadis’ Grupo de
Maestros to create a very special release. The cigar features an
Ecuadorian Sumatra wrapper over a Dominican binder and a
combination of Dominican and Nicaraguan fillers. The result is an
elegant cigar that deliver a smooth but flavor profile with the
right amount of spice and complexity in this medium bodied blend.
Presented in ten-count boxes, the cigars are made out of the
Tabacalera de Garcia factory in the Dominican Republic.
