Joya de Nicaragua’s Antaño brand will now be offered in Connecticut. But don't be fooled by the use of a Connecticut wrapper, these cigars still utilizes fuller tobaccos for both the binder and fillers. Antaño is known for its strength, something that is generally seen as the opposite of a lighter Connecticut shade-wrapped cigar, though Joya de Nicaragua describes this blend as medium-full. It uses an Ecuadorian Connecticut wrapper over a Nicaraguan binder and Nicaraguan fillers. The cigar delivers rich tobacco flavors, while slightly taming down the nicaraguan tobaccos compared to the Original Antaño.
