H. Upmann Heritage by AJ Fernandez Toro

The iconic Altadis U.S.A. Company decided to start off 2022 on all the right notes with a new H. Upmann release, and the company has once again turned to famous cigarmaker A.J. Fernandez in Nicaragua. Called H. Upmann Nicaragua Heritage by AJ Fernandez, this five vitola line is composed of the finest fully aged Cuban-seed Nicaraguan binder and long filler tobacco all grown on AJ’s farms in Nicaragua, covered by a gorgeous Brazilian wrapper leaf that has been triple fermented for added smoothness and complexity. No strangers to each other, Fernandez and Altadis have teamed up to create new takes on several Cuban heritage brands that includes Romeo y Julieta, Montecristo, and the H. Upmann Nicaragua by AJ Fernandez that was released back in 2017. You can expect a medium-to-full bodied smoke with rich expressions of flavor that includes earth, oak, leather, and coffee, all backed by a nice spicy kick on the backend.
