New limited-edition cigar from Camacho, the Camacho Imperial Stout Barrel Aged Limited Edition Toro. That’s right barrels first housing bourbon from Heaven Hill Distilleries, which makes a plethora of whiskey–notably Evan Williams–but also high-end labels like Elijah Craig and Parker’s Heritage, along with the venerable Old Fitzgerald. The barrels were then shipped to Oskar Blues Brewery in Colorado to age their Imperial Stout beer. But the journey doesn’t stop there, the barrels shipped to the Camacho factory in Honduras, where workers then placed the company’s signature tobacco, Honduran original corojo, inside. That tobacco was aged for a minimum of six months. The Camacho Imperial Stout Barrel Aged Limited Edition Toro blend is based off the Camacho Triple Maduro blend and is comprised of 100% Maduro tobaccos, cloaked in a Mexican San Andrés wrapper, Honduran original corojo binder and fillers including the barrel-aged Honduran corojo and Brazilian and Dominican tobaccos. The result is a complex, Bold and sophisticated blend that delivers loads of flavor notes, roasted malts, dark chocolate with a touch of sweet vanilla.
